MedicDost is designed to help clinics manage operational healthcare data responsibly.
We collect information required to create clinic accounts, manage staff access, process appointments, send notifications, and support billing. Patient information entered by a clinic remains part of that clinic's operational record.
Access is role based. Clinic staff, doctors, patients, and platform administrators only receive access needed for their responsibilities. Sensitive workflows should be reviewed by each clinic according to their local compliance obligations.
