Refund Policy

How subscription refunds and billing concerns are handled.

MedicDost subscriptions are billed according to the selected plan and billing cycle.

If a payment issue, duplicate charge, or plan activation problem occurs, contact support with the clinic name, payment reference, and billing date. Eligible refunds are reviewed against account usage, payment status, and the nature of the issue.

Trial periods are intended to help clinics evaluate the platform before a paid subscription begins. Refund decisions for paid plans are handled case by case.
